This book serves as either a great introduction to the work of Dr Joseph Murphy, or as an excellent follow-up. Mr Freitag actually met Dr Murphy, and acknowledges his debt to this great man, who was the author of one of the greatest self-help classics of all time, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind.

If you are at all interested in spiritual psychotherapy or mental healing, this is not to be missed. Mr Freitag once cured himself of a terminal illness, so this is a man who walks his talk. Previously having been in private practice, he now writes and lectures. I only wish that more of his books were available in English; this seems to be the only one so far.
As with it is great to see how easy it can be to send an American friend a book translated into English which I only know in German! Thank you to and the great logistics you offer.
The book can be enormous help in days of despair. It is easy to read and Freitag's ideas are just as easy to put into practice. Good luck for all of you who try to cope with life's most difficult situations.
Still In Mind
This is a great book! This book deals with every facet of the human psyche you can imagine: Your mind as a source of power, positive thinking, the connection between mental and physical health, the power of suggestion, how your thinking determines outcomes, self-hypnosis, dealing with fear, achieving happiness, etc. To put it in context, this book contains several lessons in how to live life. As a Magician in Boston, I enjoy reading books on psychology and human nature. This book was very inspirational, and the information has helped me tremendously, both personally and professionally as a performer.
