First read this book back in the 70's. Remembered it being a whiz, bang, bonger then, it remains so now. Read it...both thumbs up!
Dancing Lion
I bought this book because it was one f the first books written about the church renewal that took place in the late sixties/ early seventies. Miller was one of the insightful laymen who saw what was coming and articulated it for the denominations churches.
This is Keith Miller's classic recounting of his struggles with and final conversion to a born again Christian. He tells it just like it glamor, no instant saintliness.
If you want honesty Keith Miller is giving you straight up honesty. The book changed and humbled me. Who I am and my love for God has never been put in its place quite so succinctly and boldly.
Very well written in a common sense and frank about a spiritual manner. Glad I bought it … at a low used book price as well.
I first read this book in the early 1980s. After re-reading it recently, I found it just as relevant now as it was then.
a rich, thoughtful and reflective book
This book is so refreshing because it is honest and completely practical. The author offers a challenge, not in the form of the customary exhortations of too many Christian writers, but in the form of his own complete candor.
