This will help you to revitalise your life force. Many people view healing as a purely physical experience while many others rely dealing with the whole person and acknowledging the connection between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the self. Spiritual healing can be very effective on a basic level and can be taught relatively easily. In this work the author presents a range of techniques and tools for healing yourself and others, including children and animals.

A friend lent me this book because I was interested in Reiki (palm healing). This book is not about Reiki but I discovered the similar world of the Psychic. It took me a month to work through it, a bit every night when the house was quiet. It's a self-study book of meditations and written exercises to help overcome grief, find peace within, and finally help others. It was a lot of work but I found out how to breathe correctly, discovered my Chakras (did not know what those were before), all about Auras and many wonderful meditations. I did not do the exercises involving other people (sitters) and don't plan on becoming a Psychic but found the last part of the book interesting. It explained how to use such tools as pendulums, crystals, colours...etc. I really enjoyed this book and ordered my own copy on Kindle after returning my friend's copy. I would recommend this book to a person who is persistent and can self-study.
I am still reading this but what I've read so far I like very much.
If you are interested in healing yourself and others through spiritual or energy healing this book is worth reading. At 390 pages, it goes into detail about all the different aspects of this fascinating subject.

It starts off with an introduction to the history of healing, and then the author describes the human energy field in detail, from the aura to the chakra system, and exercises are included for becoming aware of your chakras. Plenty of visualisations are included for accessing the healing powers of the mind such as, "The Spiritual Surgery."

There's lots of treats in this healing handbook to keep you busy. It's actually something you will keep referring back to. My only real criticism was that the Table of Contents wasn't clickable on my Kindle.
