This book is worth reading, regardless of the math course I'm taking. The author is funny (sarcastic, even) and makes math in the every day world extremely interesting. It's not a math book, it's just a good book

77 people found this helpful. This book was recommended for my college math class. I bought it loose leaf so that I wouldn't have to carry around a huge book, but it was actually a lot smaller than I thought. Great information with lots of practice questions. Definitely would recommend it for people who need examples and practice tests to learn.
