This little self-help book does exactly what it intended : to demonstrate that someone can laugh at the predicaments that befall a person with PD.

I did not laugh. It's definitely by a GUY with PD and FOR guys with PD : it describes farting, cars, golf, handyman chores, peeing, falling down, etc. Being a PD sufferer myself, I was not amused to read about what awaits me. But that's ok, that wasn't his purpose, nor is it the focus of his advice (Keep laughing).

I can, however, recommend the book to families of PD people to let them know what's around the corner, and a possible way to deal with it.
Having someone with Parkinson's Disease you tend to look for anything you can read that may help you out. This book tells one man's side of how he is handling his disease with a humorous (often overlooked part) side to what is happening to him.
Great read! I met John a couple of years ago, and he's a bright, funny guy. We read the book, and through the stories, we were able to see what it is like to deal with this disease.
Too oriented to golf players
I was given this book as a gift shortly after my PD diagnosis. I've since let others read my copy. Actually bought a second copy so my original stays "home". All I have to do is look at the cover of the book and I start laughing all over again remembering my favorite stories. Thank you John for sharing your journey with me.
Sadaron above the Gods
