Something about this book is very haunting. It is just daily life in a small British village about several families, but after reading it, you feel like you want to find out what they are all doing today. It is easy to become involved in their lives and to be concerned about them. The people are so easy to visualize, but I kept thinking of them as people I have seen in the series, 'Last of the Summer Wine'. I am sure someone had to look like Nora Batty.
The Sinners from Mitar
Good story. Part of a series of life in small English village.
A wonderful read !! The details of he setting, the vibrancy of the characters and a pleasant gentle story- doesn't get any better. The series is wonderful and this book does not disappoint.
Okay or a quick read, but not her best writing. Other books by this author are far more interesting.
Another author I thoroughly enjoy
Low key, charming, not great literature but a truly great read.
Sadaron above the Gods
