These books are a treasure for research. Not many folks use them and they do have their inherent limitations. But, they are invaluable for what they are.

This a fine volume of NA Indians. Due to is time of writing it is a little outdated but still welcome to my library of these kinds of books. I was glad to find it.

Full of amazing historical information. It is encyclopedic and wonderful for serious historians and researchers. The price was very reasonable

Like a brand new copy, it was full of scientific descriptions of the northern tribes and of the Canadian Inuits as well. A great reference work if you are interested in the First Natives of North America.
