Using this book one chapter each week for a nutritional overhaul. You can learn as fast as you want, but I chose to use one chapter a week.
This is a great book for anyone interested in learning 52 ways to a Healthier you. There is a wealth of information in this book. Grab a pen and paper so you can write down a shopping list of items that will help you become healthier than ever before. You will learn about the foods that feed your mind and body and the ones that aren't good for you at all. This is an excellent book and a very quick read. Once you open this book you won't want to put it down in fear that you might have to wait another day to become a healthier you. All I can say is, your missing out if you don't purchase this book. By the way, if you purchase this book online from amazon it is a little bit cheaper but if you go to the authors website then I believe she also offers you a free phone consult to answer any questions about the book and new ways to becoming a healthier you. Now that I read the book I think I would have rather paid a little bit more and had a chance to chat with her for free. Just so you know, I tried to get this book from half price books and from Barnes and Noble but neither store carried it in stock. So you will have to wait to get it either way. But it is worth the wait.
I was very excited to find out about this book. Just a few months prior I had made a big leap to changing my eating lifestyle and felt lost.

Laura writes like she's in the room with you....navigating thru medical jargon, exercise tips, and what foods work where with ease and understanding.

I felt like she truly cared about what she was telling me BUT she didn't tell me WHAT to do....just gave me the information I would need to make the best choices for myself.

Now, I feel like I'm in this journey with a new "friend" by my side .... and I don't feel lost any more !!
