This will be with me from now on as long as I coach. Mr. Knight lays out everything you need to know but didn't have the faintest idea that it was something you should ask. Under my elbow or at my side is where this book will be from now until whenever.
Purchased this text as part of required reading for a class currently enrollled in online. There is just so much useful information also included in here that it is well worth the study by anyone wishing to become a coach and a mentor to others.
Amazing book. Must read!!
Great resource.
Excellent background information to review the various models of using instructional coaches in the schools to improve student achievement.
