This was a nice addition to my recipes for keeping my weight loss easy. Once the majority of my weight was lost I needed ideas to maintain. This little book helped.

This book is marvelous! The recioes are delicious and I am losing weight little by little at a steady rate. I even have more energy! It just doesn't get better than this. I highly recommend this diet for those who have tried everything else and failed, which has been my experience until now.
