I've read them all, and this one is the real deal if you're looking for the "anti-cancer" Mediterranean Diet.
Great resource, good recipes
The recipes I've made so far are very tasty, and easy to make. I'm trying to eat a healthy diet, and this book has become a go to.
Good review of role of nutrition in cancer prevention and lots of great recipes. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the recipes do not include nutritional information (calories, grams of fat, proteins, carbs, salt, sugar, cholesterol, etc) per serving.
This is one of the better cookbooks I've purchased. I was pleasantly surprised to find several recipes using sardines. I recently started eating them but wasn't sure how to eat them other than on crackers. The recipes in this book are simple and quick to prepare and the ones I have tried so far are delicious. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to improve their health or to simply enjoy good food.

'Zest for Life' is an easily understood book/cookbook that can inspire you to overhaul your eating habits -- and thereby feel better (even if you didn't know you felt bad before!), lose weight, and improve your overall sense of well-being.
Even if you've thought you were one of those who could 'never give up' (sugar, white flour, potatoes, you-name-it) Conner Middleman-Whitney can make you a believer...

I bought this book for my daughter in law who loves to cook and follows the Mediterranean diet. I'm sure she will love it
