Sadly, while Carl Reiner was marvelous (Alan Brady, Alan Brady, Alan Brady. it was the screenplay from the most recent MOTFS movie rather than a reading of the book. I know Davies originally wrote this as a screenplay, but that isn't what Reiner read. This is a novelization of the 1994 remake of the 1947 film "Miracle on 34th Street" about a man who claims to be Santa Claus and the people who believe in him. It is almost verbatim from the 1994 film in some parts. There are also pictures from the movie included.
