With the economy in a slump, sales, marketing and even technical professionals need an edge in order to present to and communicate with the "Decision Maker" in today's more globalized business arena. Answering the call, is Ray Anthony, author of several significant books and now "Talking to the Top" which rounds out his body of work. While most people in business speak the same language, presenting to top management within larger companies requires a different communications model. Mr. Anthony outlines that model and gives a very clear methodology and approach towards communicating with and selling to senior management.

As someone who has been involved in professional sales presentations to top executives throughout my career, I can tell you that I was blown away by reading Talking to the Top. No matter how seasoned of a speaker you might be or how successful you have been, this book provides incredible techniques and strategies, unlike any other book written on the subject. Moreover, it has fresh new content on vital topics including winning strategies for your presentation and adding creativity to give it sparkle and punch.

There's so much more that you really can't compare this book to any other on the subject. I bought a used copy from Amazon and after reading it, wondered why there were so many copies available. I suspect there are lots of people out there who are rediscovering it now, even after it has been out of print. Get a copy. It will be one of the best investments you can make. It enabled has me to upgrade my already "very good" presentations into those that are consistently "excellent!"

It's a comprehensive guideline for anyone who is in the business and want to render a professional business presentation. I esp. like the part of "Learning what Makes Executives Tick".
