Hidden Winter
This is a very useful and logical book on how you can improve your meetings and presentations. Nothing will blow your mind but the author did a great job of spelling out the important points on making your presentations actionable and getting, hopefully, results. I enjoyed it's simplicity and usefulness and I think anyone who wants to improve their presentation skills will benefit from this short but helpful book.
Concise, accurate, very helpful in all forms of communication
Bought it for my entire engineering staff who are all required at one time or another to make presentations about the status and health of their assigned systems. This is a great tool and provides insight and consistency. And it is not Rocket Science. Having my adult working son's read it as well.
This book has some good useful information on how to prepare quality presentations in a sales environment. It is less useful if you are presenting in an educational situation.

If you are in sales and have to present your company's products and services to prospects, it is worth reading. If, however, you present more in seminars and educational settings, it is less applicable. Buy it used, read it, then pass it on.
Bob's book has helped me many times to put together presentations. His guidelines are especially helpful when presenters have anxiety about the material and about standing in front of an audience. It's funny and informative. Buy this book!

I posted a summary of this book on Scribd featured the summary. I hope that the sales of the books has increased. I have taught Bob's ideas for years. His mother told me about the book years ago. I am glad she did. Thank you, Bob.
Boylan delivers a sophisticated but simple approach to giving effective presentations. A quick and easy read, What's Your Point? is equally effective as a training tool or desk reference.
